What is an IDP for a goalkeeper?
A tailored framework that outlines a goalkeeper’s current abilities, development needs, and specific short-term and long-term goals across technical, tactical, physical, psychological, and social domains. It includes progress tracking, individual session plans and review points to guide continuous improvement.
What this ILP will include:
- Scoring system (1-10) across the 5 development areas
- 2 Ceiling Raisers
- 3 Floor Raisers
- Short, Medium & long term development areas
- Individual session plans
Please allow 2 weeks for completion of the IDP.
